Frequently asked questions
Here are some frequently asked questions about our company.
What exactly is the SANEFIT™ method ?
The SANEFIT™ method is an innovative approach that transforms the relationship with alcohol thanks to cognitive techniques and scientific knowledge. Unlike traditional approaches based on deprivation and willpower, our method focuses on deconstructing limiting beliefs about alcohol, enabling natural, lasting change without feelings of frustration.
How does SANEFIT™ differ from other alcohol reduction approaches?
The main difference lies in our positive, non-stigmatizing philosophy. We don't see drinking as a weakness, but as a learned behavior that can be changed with the right tools. Rather than asking people to resist cravings, we work to eliminate these cravings at source by transforming people's knowledge and perception of alcohol.
Is the SANEFIT™ method suitable for people in severe dependency situations?
Our method is mainly aimed at people whose consumption ranges from mild to problematic. In cases of severe dependence with physical withdrawal symptoms, specialized medical support is recommended.
What is the success rate of the SANEFIT™ method?
The majority of our readers and seminar participants significantly reduce their consumption within the first month. These results are maintained over the long term for the majority of them, as our approach aims for a profound change in perception rather than simply a temporary control of behavior.
Are there specific federal requirement mandating alcohol awareness training?
Employers in the United States have a legal and moral responsibility to ensure a safe and healthy workplace. Alcohol consumption in the workplace, or its effects, can lead to absenteeism, reduced productivity, and workplace accidents. While there is no specific federal requirement mandating alcohol awareness training, U.S. employers are obligated under laws such as the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to provide a safe work environment and support employees' well-being.
How does SANEFIT™ in-company training work?
Our training courses are always tailored to your business sector and your specific needs. We offer two main formats: the Essential Formula (1h) for general awareness, and the Advanced Formula (1/2 day - 3h) which includes interactive workshops and practical tools. Each course combines theoretical input, practical and concrete recommendations for your employees.
What are the concrete benefits for my company?
Beyond compliance with the legal and moral responsibility to ensure a safe and healthy workplace, our customers see measurable improvements in workplace well-being, reduced absenteeism, fewer alcohol-related incidents and better management of problem situations. Productivity is naturally enhanced, and your image as a responsible employer is strengthened.
How do you implement an alcohol policy without stigmatizing certain employees?
This is precisely one of the strengths of our approach. We develop inclusive training for all employees, not just those likely to have an identified problem. Our one-hour 'Formule Essentielle' session is specifically designed as a factual briefing on the real nature of alcohol and its effects on health and work performance. Each participant receives a resource book at the end of the session, enabling those who so wish to explore the subject further in complete confidentiality at home. This method avoids any stigmatization, since all employees take part in the same training and receive the same tools. Everyone can then decide, in complete discretion, how to use this information according to their personal needs.
How does a SANEFIT™ transformational seminar work?
Our seminars take place over half a day (3 hours) in the pleasant setting of a conference room in a pre-selected Hotel, depending on the location of the event. They are generally limited to 15 participants to guarantee a personalized experience. The program comprises two main parts: a theoretical session on understanding alcohol based on neuroscience, followed by practical workshops where you will discover and apply the tools of the SANEFIT™ method. You'll leave with a signed copy of the book and a personalized action plan.
Is it necessary to be sober before taking part in a seminar?
Absolutely not. We welcome participants exactly where they are in their journey. Some come simply out of curiosity, others wish to moderate their consumption, and still others aim for complete abstinence. Our aim is to give you the tools to make YOUR choices in complete freedom.
